Alina Sophie Hornef’s practice focuses on commercial and corporate law. She advises national and international clients, in particular from the SME sector, on all aspects of corporate law, including national and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, company formations of all kinds, general corporate housekeeping and corporate restructurings.

Alina Sophie Hornef studied law at the University of Hamburg and completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig-Holstein before being admitted to the bar in 2024. During her training, Alina Sophie Hornef worked for a boutique law firm in Hamburg specializing in commercial law.
